Masterfully constructed by artisans in the heart of western North Carolina, our newest assortment not only offers unrivaled craftsmanship but is also environmentally conscious at every touchpoint of the process.
Made with the Planet in Mind
Our Premium Series is committed to constantly evolving its manufacturing processes to become more sustainable. The majority of waste created during these processes is recycled to eliminate excess in landfills. Plastic products are recycled while wood and fabric remnants are sent to be re-used and re-manufactured.
Renewable Energy
The use of solar panels in our facilities generates clean, renewable energy, helping power the production of these eco-friendly products. With clean energy practices, our Premium Series will offset hundreds of metric tons of carbon dioxide each year.
Thoughtful Upholstery Process
The eight-way hand-tied springs in the assortment are composed almost entirely of recycled material. Cushions contain a mixture of duck feathers and down, which are each natural by-products. Foam products are certified to be void of harmful materials such as lead and mercury. Additionally, most of the fabrics used are made of 100% natural fibers, and those that are not are composed of recycled components.
