Four Ways to Style Our Modular Greenery

We love holiday traditions, especially when it comes to decorating. Hanging a special wreath on the door or trimming the mantel with the same garland every year feels comforting and nostalgic, like a big cup of hot cocoa.

But we have to admit, it’s also nice to mix things up every once in a while. So we have introduced modular garlands, which offer versatility and familiarity for seasons to come. Display them as individual accents, connect them to make longer pieces… and then start fresh next year. (Or use them the same way!)

To get you started, here are a few styling suggestions from Frontgate stylist Julie Kleski.

1.

On a Table

These centerpiece-worthy garlands are decorated by hand with glass ornaments, gilded flowers, yards of ribbon and LED lights. And they stand less than 9 inches tall, so they’ll never get in the way of dinnertime conversation. You can use one or two of the garlands, which measure 32 inches long, on a console or coffee table, or connect up to four to create a table runner.

2.

Above a Door

To make a doorway feel especially festive, connect just two modular garlands. Because each garland tapers at one end, this arrangement creates an elegant tiara-like shape. For something more dramatic, join four garlands to frame the door with nearly 11 feet of good cheer.

3.

As a Swag

Given their tapered design and abundant embellishments, our modular garlands are just as compelling when displayed individually as swags. Hang them on doors, windows or even a newel post to set a festive tone.

4.

In Groups

Whether framing a fireplace or spaced out along a banister, our modular garlands offer an easy option for spaces that typically might get draped in a 6-foot (or longer) garland. The look is equally impactful yet a little less work, which is always welcome during the holiday rush.

These modular garlands, which are available in three greenery collections, are made all the more versatile by a cordless design. So grab that cocoa and get creative.
